Return and Exchange Policy for SBE | Stylist Be Elegant Store At SBE, we take pride in offering handcrafted artistic pieces with precision. Since our bags are handmade from luxurious crystal materials and are fragile, we apply a special policy to ensure product quality and safety. First: Nature of Products As all our bags are fully handmade from sensitive and fragile crystal materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for intact products after the customer receives the order. Second: Order Cancellation or Replacement (Before Shipping) You can cancel or modify the order provided it has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel, please consider the following: • Payments via "Tamara": If payment was made through "Tamara" installments, the administrative fee (6.99% + 1.5 SAR) will be deducted from the refunded amount, as the store does not bear these costs. • Shipping Fees: If the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company before the cancellation request, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount. Third: Non-Receipt and Damaged Shipment Cases If the customer refuses to receive the shipment or does not receive it, resulting in its return to the store and damage to the bag due to repeated shipping or mishandling during transit, a fee of (100 SAR) will be deducted from the refunded amount as compensation for damages and logistical costs, in addition to deducting shipping fees and any administrative fees (such as Tamara) if applicable. Fourth: Manufacturing Defects Cases If there is a manufacturing defect in the bag, the customer has the right to request a replacement or refund according to the following conditions: • Reporting Period: The defect must be reported within a maximum of (3 days) from the date the customer received the shipment. • Product Condition: The product must be in its original condition with all packaging. • Procedure: The bag will be examined, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange for the return or replacement immediately.
